The Rich Doc's Story

Dr. Karl "Fritz" Disque is a board certified physician and entrepreneur. While practicing anesthesia in Chicago and Las Vegas, Karl does various entrepreneurial endeavors ranging from online medical education technology companies to real estate ventures. He now focuses upon expanding technophilanthropy through social entrepreneurship with the Disque Foundation.

Fritz grew up in Brownstown, Indiana into a family that had a carpet installation and cleaning business dovetailed with property acquisition and management. At the age of 10, Fritz was placed in his first leadership position of coordinating a team of members at least twice his age. After seeing the leverage of leadership and the contribution and impact it could have, he became committed to lifelong learning, leadership and contribution. To do this, he completed pharmacy school at Purdue University in 2002, then medical School at Des Moines University in 2007. He then completed an anesthesiology residency at Rush University in 2011.

Throughout his medical training, he spent his free time exploring entrepreneurship and as a result, became involved in dozens of companies. He still maintains his position as Managing Partner for one of these original companies, Brighter Tomorrow LLC, an organization dedicated to providing the disabled and mentally challenged community with clean and affordable housing in addition to access to educational and social programs.

As current CEO of Satori Continuum Inc, Fritz leads a team in optimization of financial and human capital asset resources in various sectors including ecommerce, property management, and small business consulting and management. One of the most notable of these companies, National Health Care Provider Solutions LLC, is an online medical education company designed to offer Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support courses to health care professionals. Fritz co-founded the business and currently serves as Medical Director of the organization. He balances this work through service with the Disque Foundation, which further advances the quality of education and health care to the underserved both domestically and abroad through the use of technology.
